Full time consultancy support administrator - Wimbledon
Pi Consulting is a specialist management consultancy advising employers and boards of trustees on occupational pensions and wider reward strategies.
We require a motivated person to join our team. You will be responsible for providing support to our team of consultants.

Typical activities will include:
- Primarily, assisting with the maintenance and administration of electronic client document management
- Proof reading of pensions documents, including minutes of meeting, tender responses, communications to Scheme members
- Provide support as required to include typing of minutes, proposal documents and tender responses, collation of meeting papers,
- Assisting with maintenance of budget tracking records
- Maintaining an accurate and full record of all work undertaken through the use of the Company’s time-recording system.

Skills required:
- Confident IT user; trained in the use of all MS Office applications and, ideally, Adobe Acrobat Professional and Open CMS software although use of these will be taught to the right applicant
- High levels of spoken and written English, demonstrating good knowledge of spelling and grammar
- Aptitude to develop sound planning and time management skills
- Ability to remain calm when faced with conflicting priorities and demands
- Ability to prioritise personal workloads and adhere to deadlines
- Ability to give proper attention to detail
- Team player who can also demonstrate initiative and the ability to work unsupervised
- If possible, an awareness of the pensions industry and pensions terms
This role would suit a reliable 'second jobber' who is keen to learn.
Salary
£16,000 - £18,000 per annum depending on experience, plus performance related bonus arrangements.
