Anne Lechley
Anne has over 15 years experience in the pensions industry. Since joining Pi in 2004, Anne's experience has been involved in the delivery of independent secretariat services to trustee bodies as well as acting in a supporting role on trusteeship appointments, with a focus on Scheme's going through Pension Protection Fund (PPF) assessment. She has also been instrumental in the development and delivery of Pi's electronic governance services.
Anne began her career in the pensions industry in 1996 as part of the communication team of Sedgwick Noble Lowndes which later became Mercer. In her role as a Communication Consultant, Anne gained extensive experience in communicating pensions issues to a wide variety of audiences and managing client relationships, with her main focus being on creation, production and delivery of scheme member communications. This included use of both paper based literature and online information and since joining Pi she has maintained her involvement with projects that relate to the communication of pensions issues, including change management, through a variety of media including face to face presentations.
Anne holds the PMI Certificate in Essential Pensions Knowledge and has completed the Pensions Regulator's Trustee Toolkit.
