John Oldand

Prior to establishing Pi Consulting, John had over 30 years' experience in the pensions industry working for Noble Lowndes/Sedgwick Noble Lowndes/Mercer. During this time John gained extensive consultancy, trusteeship, project management and senior management experience, with responsibilities covering service delivery; client relationships; advice and secretariat services to trustees; leadership of multi-disciplined teams; development of new initiatives and launch of new services.

Specialist Subjects

John is Pi's CEO, he acts primarily as an independent trustee and specializes in working with highly complex schemes, including those affected by mergers and acquisitions, those with conflicts of interest or specialist PPF areas.

He is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute and Institute of Directors; holder of the Pensions Management Institute Certificate of Trusteeship; Pi Consulting's accredited representative for membership of the Society of Pension Consultants. John was a nominee for Engaged Investor  “Independent Trustee of the Year “ 2011.
