Under the banner of Pi Plus, Pi Consulting run regular breakfast seminars, as part of Pi's commitment to help develop knowledge and understanding over a wide range of pension subjects.  A maximum of 25 PMI CPD credits may be recorded for Pi Seminars, based on an assessment of the seminar's value to each attendee, so they also make a meaningful contribution to your CPD.

Now in its fourth year, the seminars have many "regulars", giving them an informal and friendly club feel, as well as facilitating relaxed participation and informed debate.

Pi's policy is always to include a guest speaker, to ensure the widest range of views and experience is made available to delegates - and avoid seminars just being a forum for Pi views.  This open approach is very much in keeping with Pi's ethos of facilitating best possible solutions.

Seminar subjects are always topical and, for this reason, are usually only planned a couple of seminars in advance.  The Pi seminar seasons coincide with academic years, with the season usually running from October to the following May.  Dates for the 2009/10 seminar season are shown below.

If you would like to be added to our seminar delegate list, please contact Pi Consulting on: 020 8410 3440 or events@piconsulting.co.uk.

Our next breakfast seminar will focus on the important features of both trust-based and contract-based DC arrangements, the Pensions Regulator’s recent guidance and the consequences of not appreciating the unique characteristics of DC provision.
